Cancellation policy
Normal daily fees
• Cancellations with at least fifteen days prior to the forseen entry date of the guest: the full amount will be used as a credit* for future accommodation opportunity, depending on previous communication and availability of the Inn.
• Cancellations with less than fifteen days and more than seven days prior to the forseen entry date of the guest: 70% will be retained by the Inn as compensation and the remaining 30% will be used as credit* for future accommodation opportunity, depending on previous communication and availability.
• Cancellations with less than seven days before the arrival or a non-attendance by the guest (No Show) without prior notice: the amount deposited will be retained by the Inn as compensation and if the guest does not appear within 24 hours after the start of the reservation, the remaining period will be canceled.
(*) the credit can not be used for holidays or packages.

• Cancellations made between thirty and fifteen days prior to the the forseen entry date of the guest: 70% will be retained by the Inn as compensation and the remaining 30% will be used as credit* for future accommodation opportunity, depending on previous communication and availability.
